Steven Schuss, M.D., F.A.A.P., a founding partner of Teaneck Pediatrics, graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx in 1979. He did his pediatric residency at Montefiore Medical Center, where he served an additional year in the capacity of Chief Resident, being responsible for supervising and training pediatric residents. He continued at Montefiore as Attending in the Department of Pediatrics, Albert Einstein College of Medicine until 1988, when he and Dr. Zajkowski opened their practice in Teaneck. He has repeatedly been cited for Top Doctor status in the New York Metro area, was recognized with the Compassionate Doctor award as well as the Patients’ Choice Award.
Dr. Schuss, a professional keyboard player and singer in a former life, continues to compose and enjoy numerous genres of music. Dr. Schuss and his wife Cathy raised their family in Teaneck and enjoy their grandchildren who live with their families in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Israel.
